Leah Teldon
Case Manager
Life doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes the right person beside you makes all the difference.
With a background in social work and supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, I've spent my career helping people through hard moments with compassion and practical support.
I've lived a lot of this myself. I was once a single mom, and today I'm raising a blended family in Chicago with my husband. That taught me to listen without judgment and meet every family where they are.
Through Collective Kindness and Project Nurture, its single mothers program, I help single mothers, blended families, and families facing personal and financial challenges find their strengths, take practical steps toward stability, and feel seen, supported, and stronger than when we started.

Thirty mothers start their year in Chicago. One spot can be yours. If you are divorced or getting divorced and you want a real plan and a team that stays, this is for you. Any level of observance. There is no cost.
Put someonein her corner.
Your gift gives one mother a year that ends on her own two feet. Sponsor one mother for the year, fund a whole cohort, or bring the program to your city. Every dollar goes into the program itself. None of it is handed out as cash.
